Marina, a former global brand director in Pharma, has spent the last two decades helping organisations transform their success from “good” to “GREAT” using the philosophy from the Good to Great – a book by author Jim Collins.

Kevin Fitzgerald has over 25 years management experience working in Financial Services. In his role as Manager Group Learning & Development, he had responsibility for successfully delivering the training support in order to implement significant strategic and operational change programmes. Kevin has worked on training and development programmes, change management initiatives and mentoring programmes in the Financial Services Industry. He has experience of working with people, and teams, across all levels of the organisation. Kevin is currently an Associate Facilitator with a number of training companies. He achieved 1st class honours and was awarded 1st in the faculty when completing my Business Degree. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor having completed the Professional Diploma in Financial Advice in addition to successfully completing the Professional Diploma in SME Credit. He is certified in Change Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Banking.
