Working within a cross-section of industries & organisations during the last recession as the Managing Director of ActionCOACH, Bleahen found that some leaders and teams get ‘stuck’ and find it difficult to execute the business plan and strategy. This motivated her to research why some organisations excel and others don’t.
She quickly discovered the answer is “CULTURE” and she joined global experts in Culture and Leadership, Partners in Leadership (PIL) and Engage & Grow.
